Reimagining how schools work while focusing on putting student outcomes first in special education.

Built in collaboration with educators, we are creating AI-powered infrastructure that unifies fragmented workflows and strengthens accountability across teams.

Our first product to market, Tandem™, will be the first AI assistant for IEP management, improving the daily lives of students, special educators, administrators, and parents. Eventually, Tandem™ will serve as the essential execution and compliance layer to ensure that IEP services aren’t just created correctly, but are delivered, are documented, and in the event of a dispute, are defensible.

This same AI infrastructure will ultimately support other compliance-driven workflows in schools, bringing clarity, intelligence, and calm to every corner of school operations, allowing the entire school to finally move in sync.

Britt White

Co-Founder & President

Britt’s career spans school leadership, enterprise sales, and SaaS hypergrowth.  After turning around two schools as a principal, she joined SmartPass as its first hire to build the revenue engine.  She designed, led, and executed the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving $2M in her first year and scaling revenue to $10M over three years while selling and onboarding 4,000 schools.  She also developed the CS teams, leveraging automation to scale efficiently, and pioneered the “school-first” SaaS model - proving how to land at the school level and expand across districts. Britt played a central role in the company’s nine-figure exit in 2025.
